Our services
Aero Pack provides IT and digital services including SEO, Google & Meta advertising, social media, web design and development, e-commerce and business software. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are confirmed in a separate written proposal or quotation.
Quotations & payments
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Project work typically begins after an advance payment is received.
- Recurring services (such as SEO or ad management) are billed monthly in advance.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely content, approvals and access (for example, to hosting, domains or ad accounts) needed to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party assets, licensed components and our own pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain owned by their respective holders. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Results & third-party platforms
SEO and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine and platform algorithms and competitor activity. We follow best practices but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Services that rely on third parties (such as Google, Meta or hosting providers) are also subject to those providers' own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aero Pack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
